We will exchange any item purchased, as long as it is in its original condition, with all original tags (if any are attached), unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that a refund will only be offered if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and a replacement of the product is no longer available. We do not offer any exchange or refunds on reduced or sale items so please choose them carefully as the sale is final.
You must let us know that you wish to return or exchange your item within 2 days of receiving the frame, and you can do this by e-mailing [email protected]
The item must be sent back to us in an appropriate manner to prevent any damage in return shipping.

All returns must be received by us within 7 days of receiving the frame if you are within Australia or 14 days if you are an international customer.
You must provide us with proof of purchase at this time.
We do not refund or credit for original postage costs.
Please be aware that all "change of mind" exchanges must be sent to us with a self addressed pre-paid envelope. We recommend an express post envelope within Australia so we can get your replacement frame to you as quickly as possible.
Where an item is returned due to a manufacturing fault we will pay the cost of sending you the replacement frame.
