Please allow 1-5 business days for us to dispatch your order. A tracking number is included with all orders and is emailed to you once we have shipped your order.

For domestic orders: Free Regular Post and $10 Express Shipping. These sent by Express Post and arrive next business day for most postcodes within Australia. To check if your postcode qualifies for next business day delivery via Express Post click herePostcodes in regional Australia that are not included in the Express Post guarantee will receive their parcel shortly.

For international orders: There is a flat rate of $35 for all orders shipped overseas. These are sent by Standard International Post and arrive in 6+ business days.



We will exchange any item purchased, as long as it is in its original condition, with all original tags (if any are attached) and is unworn. 

If your item is damaged/has a manufacturing fault: We will firstly try our best to replace your item free of charge. Refunds are only given if a replacement is no longer available.

If you have changed your mind/do not like the item: We will offer either an exchange or store credit.

Postage costs: If your item has a manufacturing fault, we will pay the cost of sending you a replacement frame. If it is a change of mind situation, all postage costs are the burden of the customer.

Sale items: Sale purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges or store credit on discounted frames. If you purchased your item with a discount code but the frame was still listed on the website at full price, this is an exception and can be exchanged or returned for store credit of the same amount.

If you need to make a return: Please email us at within 14 days of purchase date for domestic orders or 28 days of purchase date for international orders. Once we have responded to you, you may send us your item and we will proceed with the return.
